What you pay
You approve every dollar before it becomes a bill.
After we have been on the roof you get a quote with an agreed-to price for the scope we wrote. That number is what you are billed.
The price moves only when the work moves. Rotten decking under a tear-off is the usual one, and when we find it you get the photo and the number before anything covers it back up. Nothing reaches your bill that you did not say yes to first.
On a covered claim, you pay your deductible. That is it. When the carrier's first scope comes up short of what the repair actually needs, we take the supplement to them, not to you.
Three questions are worth asking whoever you hire, us included. Who is actually on the roof, the company crew or whoever was available that week. What happens when the decking underneath turns out to be bad, and whether you see it before it is covered. And what the warranty covers in practice, because a manufacturer warranty on materials and a workmanship warranty on the install are two different pieces of paper. If an answer to any of those is vague, that is worth more than the number at the bottom of the quote.

Can you help after hail or wind damage?
Yes. We document storm damage, meet adjusters when needed, and rebuild when the claim is approved. On a covered claim, you pay your deductible. That is it.

Yes. Standing seam and other metal systems for homes and buildings, plus commercial EPDM, TPO and PVC, including flat and low-slope work.
