Shop at 721 Liberty Rd in Flowood. Distance and access still matter. We will tell you if a lot is a poor fit instead of forcing a shell into a bad hole.
Inground means permanent water in the ground. Our product path is fiberglass. Shell styles and finishes live on fiberglass pools. Here is what the project includes and how it works in this metro.

Scope
What an Inground Project Includes
An inground install is more than the shell. When we own the work, these pieces sit in one job under one standard.
- Excavation, base prep and shell set
- Plumbing, electrical coordination and equipment pad
- Backfill, water and chemistry startup
- Deck or hardscape that ties the pool to the house
- Optional ledge, spa, lighting and outdoor living when scoped
You are committing yard, utilities and budget to a permanent feature. That is why the site visit comes before the pretty model conversation sticks. We do not sell above-ground pools. If the lot cannot take an inground dig, we say so, sometimes a spa is the honest alternative.

Three things get decided before anyone orders a shell, and none of them come from a catalog:
Setbacks and rules
City and county setbacks decide how close the water can sit to property lines and structures. HOA rules in parts of Madison and Rankin add another layer. We plan against the rules that apply to your lot.
Crane and truck access
The silent budget killer. Side yards, power lines, mature trees and tight gates rule out large shells. Midsize rectangles and freeforms often win in older Jackson neighborhoods for exactly this reason.
Neighbors
If the crane needs temporary access or a shared fence has to move, that conversation happens in week one. Surprises on set day cost more than a heads-up ever does.

Are your inground pools fiberglass?
Yes. Our install focus is Latham fiberglass inground pools, excavated and set by our own crew. Styles live on the fiberglass page.
Do you build gunite or above-ground pools?
No. This division installs new inground Latham fiberglass. If you only want poured concrete, ask the office. Above-ground kits are not in our product line.
How long does an inground install take?
It depends on shell lead time, weather, access and deck scope. You get a schedule with the quote, and we update you when weather or materials move it.
What fence does Mississippi require around an inground pool?
Local departments generally enforce IRC-style barriers: typically a fence at least 48 inches high, self-closing and self-latching gates, and openings that keep small children out. We confirm city/county and HOA rules for your address in the permit package.
