A Latham shell leaves the plant finished, gelcoat already cured, so the finish does not depend on the weather when it goes in. A concrete pool is built and cured in your yard, which is why it takes longer to get to water.
We dig, set, plumb, deck and start it up. New installs only, no above-ground kits. The same office that answers the roofing phone answers this one.

The shell is the part you pick. These change what it costs to put in the ground.
What is under the grass
Clay, rock, old fill or a high water table change the base work, the least visible part of the build and the one that keeps the shell still for good.
Shell size and style
65 Latham styles, plunge to large rectangle. A molded tanning ledge or spa is chosen with the shell.
Decking and coping
How much hardscape surrounds the water, and in what material, is usually the biggest swing between two otherwise identical pools.

No. We install new Latham fiberglass pools and spas, plus the outdoor living around them.
