Four manufacturers, one install standard. Which system goes on your house depends on slope, exposure and neighborhood rules, not what is on the truck:
- Owens Corning
- Architectural laminates, the everyday workhorse on most metro homes.

- Alternative when budget, color or an HOA restriction rules out the first choice.

Sound wood stays. Soft wood is replaced, and unknown decking is called out in the quote before we start.

We do not publish a fake per-square number. After the site visit you get a written number broken out so you can see where the money goes, and that agreed-to price is what you are billed, barring documented extras such as unexpected decking.

Do you tear off old shingles or install over them?
We tear off to the bare deck, every time. That is how we find and fix soft wood, and it means your underlayment and flashings are new, not layered over a failing system.
